Season 9, Episode 26

We’re just gonna be over here, on our PS4’s, at the following link.

Where to begin? Seriously, I don’t even know how to start this or where to start it in relation to this episode. It’s pretty much all Batman related, but it isn’t good news. Well, I take that back. Everyone seems to be okay with the game proper, but when it comes to the PC version, it’s just one big mess. This is the one I was looking forward to. This was my big summer game and the one that would hold me over for a good while until the fall. The one that I would jump into at any given time just to play the combat. The one I wanted on PC cause it was sure to be the better version.

The one that crushed all my hopes and desires.

Season 9, Episode 25

We’re as surprised as you at the following link.

We’re back from E3 and we’re not sure what to think of everything. Microsoft, we felt, had a very decent showing and Sony was more than we ever expected as far as the megaton’s were concerned. While we do hit each and every showing at E3, it’s the remake of Final Fantasy 7 that gives us the most conversation. It’s a nostalgia I am not familiar with, but one I wish I was after listening to James talk about it and reading the chat room.

For some things, you just had to be there.

Season 9, Episode 24

We’re clicking ourselves into carpal tunnel at the following link.

Well, here we go again. You’re getting this so early, because this entire episode will be outdated in 24 to 48 hours. We touch a bit on the Steam sale, but for the most part, this is ALL E3, with a touch of VR thrown in for good measure, but that kinda falls under E3 as well, doesn’t it?

Enjoy the show. I have a plane to catch. Be back here next weekend so we can sort through all that’s about to happen!

Mailbag! Episode 01

Hey look! A brand new feature. At least, we hope it’ll be a brand new feature. It sort of depends on you, pretty much. On this past week’s episode I kept mentioning I would talk about an email we received and I never got around to it. But I didn’t want to leave it flapping in the wind so I figured I would make a video for it. This was fun and if we keep getting more emails, we’ll keep doing more of these, but you’ve got to help us in that department.

All the ways to get in touch with us are over on the left there so please – send in your emails and talk to us! We’ll do a video and talk right back to you and hopefully answer your questions to the best of our ability.

Thanks for watching (and writing)!

Season 9, Episode 23

Our directional awareness is a little…skewed at the following link.

So it looks like we’re shipping up to Boston (whoaaa) for Fallout 4! We expect by this time next week we’ll have a date for the game’s release. Hell, by this time next week we’re going to have a lot of dates and news considering E3 will be in full swing.

This episode comes chock full of information. Witcher 3 is finally able to run on my PC, some Fallout 4 talk, lots of Steam discussion on refunds, controllers, and machines, plus we quickly mention the 6 games added to the first ever Video Game Hall Of Fame. Also, lotta calls this episode, which was nice – you folks keep doing that.

We’ll see you on the next episode for our E3 Prediction Show!

Season 9, Episode 22

We’re not at all excited for E3 at the following link.

We started a discussion about what MS & Sony had to show at E3 and we sort of finished that discussion off-air. Or well, we added to it without actually finishing it. You never really finish a discussion when you’re making predictions on a future event. What we came to, after the show was over, is that while both Microsoft and Sony seem to have a pretty lackluster showing for E3 from what we can tell 2 weeks out, it’s Sony who REALLY seems to have nothing. At least nothing in the way of exclusives. We figure Uncharted 4 and VR will be shown off, but we couldn’t come up with anything else from any Sony first party studios. We know it’s probably out there. We know they have to have something to fill in the 2 hours, but how much of it belongs to them and isn’t something we can pick up on PC or Xbox One?

Time will tell. Also, next week’s show we’ll have a Witcher 3 update on if I could get it to run on my PC or not – this looks to be turning into a weekly feature of the show it seems.
